رسوم الشحن والمدة المتوقعة
رسوم الشحن ثابتة بقيمة 90 جنيهًا مصريًا للطلب إلى جميع محافظات مصر، وتظهر أثناء إتمام الطلب وقبل تأكيده. تختلف المدة المتوقعة حسب المنطقة وتوافر المنتجات؛ نوضحها عند تأكيد الطلب. إذا كنتِ تحتاجين موعدًا محددًا، تواصلي معنا قبل الشراء للتأكد من إمكانية تنفيذه.
تجهيز الطلب ومتابعته
قد نتواصل معك لتأكيد البيانات قبل الشحن. بعد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، نشارك تفاصيل المتابعة عند توافرها. قد تتأثر المواعيد بالعطلات أو الأحوال الجوية أو ظروف التوصيل، وسنوضح أي تأخير يصل إلى علمنا.

Delivery in Egypt
We deliver to Egyptian addresses covered by our available shipping services. Enter a complete address, governorate, city, and a valid phone number.
Shipping charges and estimated timing
Shipping is a flat EGP 90 per order to all governorates in Egypt. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Estimated delivery timing depends on your area and product availability and is communicated when the order is confirmed. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

Unsuccessful delivery or damaged parcels
If delivery fails because details are incomplete or you cannot be reached, contact us to arrange the next step and discuss any disclosed redelivery charge before reshipping. For damaged or missing items, provide your order number and photographs where possible. We will assist under our returns policy without limiting statutory rights.
