الاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا
يمكن طلب استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام دون إبداء سبب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية. لقبول إرجاع منتج سليم، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية، مع العبوة والأختام والملحقات إن وجدت. لا يتحمل العميل نفقات عند ممارسة حقه القانوني في الإرجاع.
العبوات المفتوحة والمنتجات المستخدمة
نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات العناية الشخصية، لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتج السليم بعد استخدامه أو فتح ختمه إذا تعذّر إعادته إلى حالته الأصلية. لا يمنع ذلك حقك في الرجوع إلينا إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير مطابق لطلبك.
منتج معيب أو تالف أو غير صحيح
إذا ظهر عيب في المنتج، يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو استرداد القيمة خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام. تواصلي معنا برقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة، وأرفقي صورًا إن أمكن للمساعدة في الفحص. نتحمل التكاليف اللازمة في الحالات التي تقع مسؤوليتها علينا، ونعالج طلب المنتج المعيب خلال أسبوع من إبلاغنا وفقًا للقانون.
طريقة تقديم الطلب واسترداد المبلغ
تواصلي معنا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الموضح أدناه قبل إرسال المنتج. سنوضح خطوات الاستلام أو عنوان الإرجاع. يُرد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، أو بوسيلة متفق عليها للطلبات المدفوعة نقدًا. قد يختلف وقت ظهور الرصيد بحسابك حسب البنك أو مزود الدفع، وسنزودك بتأكيد عند تنفيذ الرد.

يمكن طلب الإلغاء قبل تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن بالتواصل معنا. إذا تم شحنه بالفعل، نساعدك في الإجراء المناسب وفقًا لحالة الطلب وحقوقك القانونية.

This policy covers purchases from The Beauty Select and does not limit your statutory rights under Egyptian law.
Returns and exchanges within 14 days
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. Non-defective items must be unused, in their original condition, with packaging, seals, and accessories where applicable. Customers are not charged expenses when exercising a statutory return right.
Opened or used personal-care items
A non-defective personal-care item cannot be returned after use or breaking its seal where it cannot be restored to its original condition. This does not remove your rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
For a defect, request an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a description; photographs, where possible, help us assess the issue. We cover necessary costs where we are responsible and handle defective-product remedies within one week of notification, as required by law.
How to request a return and receive a refund
Contact us before sending anything back. We will explain collection arrangements or provide the appropriate return address. Refunds use the original payment method; cash payments are refunded using an agreed method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. We confirm when the refund has been issued.
